Menahem holds a Diploma in Business Administration & Hotel Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School. He has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate business and is responsible for Administration, Investor Relations, Joint Venture partners, Equity and Portfolio Management and several co-operations with major family offices across Europe.
He was involved in all Real Estate stages from development up to exit and has a transaction volume exceeding 2 billion €. Over the past 22 years as an entrepreneur he founded several successful companies.
Rock Invest was established by him as a Micro-Living development platform for investments all across Europe. With his extensive knowledge of the development process he is ideally placed in surveying new projects, partners and ventures.

STEFAN BAUER

CEO Administrations / Managing Partner

Stefan has studied International Finance & Real Estate at California State University.
He has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector (cash flow analysis, treasury, cash / risk management, project development, property buying and selling, asset management, consulting, marketing and analysis / reporting / budgeting and controlling for funds).
In his last position as Head of Treasury at Fortress Germany Asset Management, he was responsible for the German portfolio activities with a peak of 4 billion € Net Asset Value.
Stefan is responsible for Administration and Finance Controlling at Rock Invest.
